On October 30th at 12:25am we welcomed Skyler Mae Meeuwsen into our family. She came 1 week past her due date and weighed 8 lbs. 3 oz and was 22 inches long... (already taking after her Dad's tall side of the family)!
Both Grandma's were able to come and meet her in the hospital and Raylee was able to spend a couple of one on one days with her Grandma Karie from Michigan while we were at the hospital. Raylee is loving being a big sister... She loves giving Skyler kisses and can always tell you where the baby is in a room... It's still an adjustment for our family as Aaron and I learn how big of a job it is to parent a 2 year old and care for a newborn, but we are all loving having Skyler as a part of our family.
